About this tool
Documenting live listings, saving comps, or grabbing a portal view before it changes is a regular real estate ops task. Web Page Capture accepts a public URL and can capture the visible area or full page, then export PNG, JPEG, PDF, or Markdown depending on how you store research.
Processing typically takes several seconds. Authenticated or login-walled portals generally cannot be captured here — use public URLs only. For PDFs you already have, use PDF Toolkit or PDF to Image instead.
Markdown export helps when you want text content for notes; image/PDF export helps when you need a visual proof. Combine with Files to PDF if you are building a research packet from multiple captures.
This is a utility outside the core shoot pipeline (Utilities section). Photo polish still happens in convert/edit tools or the FOCAL RAYS editor.
Respect site terms and privacy — capture comps and public listings you are entitled to archive, not gated private data.
